T.O.P from BIGBANG (consisted of other members G-DRAGON, DAESUNG, TAEYANG and SEUNGRI) extolled Bobby, the trainee from YG Entertainment.
‘WHO IS NEXT: WIN’, YG Entertainment’s real survival program aired on Sept 27 at 10 p.m. through a cable channel Mnet, the 11 trainees, or the constants, delivered their performances for the first battle.
T.O.P, one of the judges on the show, did not hold back on complementing Bobby in Team B for his excellent tone of voice for rapping.
When Team B finished performing, T.O.P specifically called on Bobby and commented, “Bobby did a husky rap, and his amazing tone nearly knocked me out.”
But he also did not forget to provide some criticism. “But Bobby’s pronunciation was a cause for point deduction. If you work on improving your pronunciation, you will be a truly great rapper at YG.”
T.O.P continued, “Team B’s teamwork was simply remarkable and I loved the fact that they were about to explode of enthusiasm. The stage was full of energy and it was fresh.”
‘WIN’ is a 10-week long survival program ambitiously designed by YG in the aim to produce the first boy group in 7 years since BIGBANG. The newly debuting team will be named WINNER.
The two Teams A (Kang Seung Yoon, Lee Seung Hoon, Song Min Ho, Kim Jin Woo, Nam Tae Hyun) with an average of 20 and B (B.I., Bobby, Kim Jin Hwan, Kim Dong Hyuk, Koo Jun Hoe, Song Yoon Hyung) with an average age of 17 are put in fierce battles to make a debut as a new boy group.
